★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi dice che è simpatico probabilmente sarà un amico perché mi sono recato alcune volte per consegne UPS e di simpatia proprio zero oltre a zero voglia di lavorare e sopratutto zero rispetto verso i clienti senza ricambiare il buongiorno oltre a farti attendere minuti senza motivo; o perché sta parlando con un conoscente di chiari fatti privati o perché è al pc… ma la cosa spiacevole non è l’attesa di per se di cui mostra non saperci fare con il cliente, ma il fatto che dopo ti si rivolge con quell’aria che gli stai rompendo le scatole.
Scrivo questa recensione dopo essermi recato un po’ di volte nell’arco di due anni per comodità poiché unico ad accettare ups in zona e non ho mai riscontrato positività verso il cliente.
Sicuramente non ritornerò per alcun motivo, piuttosto prendo l’auto e andrò da chi apprezza il proprio lavoro.
Anyone who says he's nice will probably be a friend because I went a few times for UPS deliveries and zero sympathy as well as zero desire to work and above all zero respect for customers without saying good morning in addition to making you wait minutes for no reason; or because he is talking to an acquaintance about clear private facts or because he is at the PC ... but the unpleasant thing is not the waiting per se which he shows not knowing how to deal with the client, but the fact that afterwards he turns to you air that you're bothering him.
I write this review after having gone a few times over two years for convenience as the only one to accept ups in the area and I have never found any positivity towards the customer.
I will certainly not return for any reason, rather I take the car and go to those who appreciate their work.
