Google Maps led us to the Gasser Eck car park, but we can't go any further from there (the passage to Kaseregg has been closed for years!) Annoying, as many kilometers in steep serpentines are free ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ interessante Anreise, muss man wohl kennen, aber von hier kann man z.B. zur Schutzhütte Latzfonserkreuz gehen, dabei schaut man sehr schön auf die Dolomiten wie z.B. Geisler-Gruppe, Sella, Langkofel, Plattkofel, Schlern etc. Bei schönem Wetter dann ein Spitzenausblick auf dem Weg zum Latzfonserkreuz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativ wenig Parkplätze, sehr enge und steile Anfahrtswege. Da raucht schnell die Kupplung und bergab die Bremse. Von der Autobahn fast 1500hm hinauf zum Parkplatz. Schöner Aussgangspunkt für das Lazfonser Kreuz/ Kassiusspitze
Relatively few parking spaces, very narrow and steep access roads. The clutch quickly smokes and the brakes go downhill. From the motorway almost 1500 m up to the parking lot. Nice starting point for the Lazfonser Kreuz / Kassiusspitze

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione alle indicazioni per la Santa Croce di Lazfons, meglio se parcheggiate nella parte più alta del parcheggio e seguite il cartello sulla destra della stassa. Nella parte bassa altro cartello ma manda dalla parte sbagliata!
Pay attention to the signs for Santa Croce di Lazfons, better if you park in the highest part of the car park and follow the sign on the right of the street. In the lower part another sign but send to the wrong side!
