Ottimo il servizio convenzionato che consente di risparmiare sulla tariffa oraria. Il Signore alla reception sempre gentile e disponibile. Non è molto economico, non è mai affollato ed ha a disposizione anche i bagni. Consigliato se si è in compagnia (soprattutto se donne) perché un po' "imboscato" e privo di personale. Centro un po' distante, mentre via Bergamo vicinissima. Resta la nota dolente della posizione sopratutto la sera, l'uscita pedonale si trova praticamente in un parchetto alla mercé di giovani chiassosi e persone che bivaccano.
