Zum Glück haben wir in der Zwischenzeit unsere Parkgebühr zurückerstattet bekommen. Dennoch war es am Tag selbst sehr ärgerlich und hat uns viel Zeit gekostet.
 Even though we booked and paid in advance, Garage Redi was closed upon arrival in Florence. Nobody had informed us about this.
Fortunately, we have been reimbursed our parking fee in the meantime. Nevertheless, it was very annoying on the day itself and cost us a lot of time.
