s	sacha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costo giornaliero abbordabile (10 euro), ma ci sono 2 grandi problemi : 1) se arrivi dopo le 9 di mattina, ti fanno parcheggiare in doppia fila e devi lasciare le chiavi della macchina. 2) abbiamo parcheggiato con due macchine diverse e ad entrambi è stato rilasciato uno scontrino di un euro piuttosto che dei 10 pagati. È incredibile quanto la gente si ingegni pur di non pagare le tasse !!! Affordable daily cost (10 euros), but there are 2 big problems: 1) if you arrive after 9 am, they make you park in a double row and you have to leave the car keys. 2) we parked with two different cars and both received a receipt of one euro rather than the 10 paid. Dovendo lasciare l'auto per due giorni per andare all'Isola del Giglio ho chiamato e mi hanno riservato un posto al prezzo di 10 € al giorno. Gestori simpatici e molto cordiali. Excellent solution to park in Porto Santo Stefano without spending too much, 300 meters from the ferries. Having to leave the car for two days to go to the Isola del Giglio, I called and they reserved a place for me at the price of 10 € per day. Nice and very friendly managers.

Chiamo martedì per prenotare e mi viene detto che non era possibile. Mercoledì passo di persona per proporre di pagare in anticipo, ma mi viene detto che non era possibile, ma che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. La signora si prende il nome e mi dice di chiamare 10 minuti prima di arrivare. Giovedì alle 19.15 chiamo e mi si dice di andare senza problemi che c'era posto. Mi presento alle 19.30, parcheggio mezzo vuoto, ma mi si dice CHE AVEVA FATTO MALE I CONTI E NON C'ERANO POSTI DISPONIBILI. Ma come????? Non era possibile prenotare o pagare in anticipo!!!! Inoltre esce da un prefabbricato un uomo estremamente maleducato che inveisce contro la signora in malo modo pronunciando parole incomprensibili. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! RISPOSTA: Avevo appuntamento in banchina di fronte a voi e ho scelto il vostro parcheggio perché ero solo e avevo molti bagagli. Non certo per i 5 euro di differenza totale per 4 giorni di permanenza che ho pagato in più in un altro parcheggio rispetto al prezzo che mi avevate comunicato telefonicamente. Bad experience. Consigliatissimo Top location, advantageous price and very kind staff, so much so that I forgot the car window open and the lady closed it with a plastic sheet because it was starting to drizzle.
