Not as good as it used to be - a shame!! We've been for a few years and this year it was a bit under whelming. Shortage of glasses in the bar for several days, damage to the swimming pool (taped off or wrapped in inflatable toys), only toilets in the swimming area were closed for a day and the food is not as good or varied at the "Bar Laguna" as previously. On the up side it's got a lot of swimming pools, the staff are (for the vast majority) very helpful and kind and the kids like the park. Improvements to the booking in process (much better) are offset by the inadequate and badly located parking you are encouraged to use on arrival. It's now part of "Human Company" and as a human I can't say it's improved or even the same as it was 2 years ago. I hope it improves agaon, we've enjoyed a lot of good times here in the past. It needs a good dose of maintenance, better food (as it had before), and some general investment. I have to say the staff are very nice!!! I'd have given it five stars two years ago.

The pictures don't do this place justice, the park itself is amazing, enough to keep the kids entertained forever. The pools are amazing with loads of options for the kids. The Hu team run some great activities by the pool through day & get loads of people involved & make it fun for the kids. Plenty of beds & space even the place was packed. Always someone on duty watching the pools without being over baring. Everything was clean & very well maintained. On a night the shows were just the right level of cheesy keeping the kids & us laughing. Our kids were gutted to be leaving the Hu team by the end, the guys went the extra mile to get to know them by name, not even breaking their smiles when being talked at by 20 kids at once, at midnight! Special mention to Kira (hope your head's ok ?) & Kate, but the whole team were excellent. Will definitely be aiming for a Human resort park again & would happily return here. Eurocamp caravan was clean & just the right side of worn. Could have maybe done with a little welcome pack (mainly because we ended up arriving at 11pm and didn't see any staff) & the eurocamp staff seem spread thin but the ones we saw were great & working very hard. I'd give eurocamp 3/5 but can't punish the park for that. Close enough to the beach, Pisa & Florence for day trips so even more to keep everyone happy.

Nice campsite with all caravans or buildings in good condition and nicely spread out giving lots of room to each. Short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) plus some sandy beaches about a 15 minute drive away if you prefer. Lovely town on the hill to visit too. Only downside was the entertainment was nothing special just a couple of men singing every night.

Mobile homes aren't too clean at the check in and equipment seems like it's 15 years old. Nevertheless, the climate of the campsite compensates for that.i recommend.

Over an hour waiting for someone to take us to a pitch, bounced around from one staff member to another. Having experienced the efficiency of the Figline campsite, and experience in this sister campsite has not lived up to those same standards. The pitches are excellent though. Shady, and well marked out, the vegetation provides a great sense of privacy. Water and electricity connections within reach. The toilets are pristine, and would not be out of place in a modern airport. So far the food has not really lived up to Italy's high standards, particularly the vienoiseries, which if yesterday's would not surprise me. To taste good Italian food one must surely venture out of the campsite and explore what the locality has to offer. The beach is very accessible - even more so by bike. Its the good kind too - natural and undeveloped, something precious, and not to be taken for granted, in a country whose coastline is saturated with private beaches and clubs. Albatros are quite rightly proud of their iconic trees, which are a natural wonder. With some exceptions, the staff are not particularly friendly, but i am empathetic to what i imagine is their situation - a long hard season dealing with a high volume of clients. My homor would surely be much worse in similar circumstances. The crowds in the supermarket from 7:30 am are incredible. The ticket system works well, and its a credit to all involved how well, we, the ravaneous hoardes are managed and fed. The colective experience of the daily zumba is something to try at least once.

Nice place to stay with high standard and good prices. Very good showers, nice pools. Good place to stay with kids. But for some of people can be loud and crowded.

If you didn't get this before, this place is huge! Well maintained and easy to get around. Pools pare perfect for younger kids. The deepest are 1.20m. Definitely a place you don't need to leave during your stay. International guest need to know that Minidisco is 99% in Italian. Big shop for everything you need. Choose to arrive early to not be in the crazy check in chaos. Close to the beach and a really nice restaurant on the beach. Well worth a visit if you have kids below 13 years old.
