Obnova vasi skupaj s cerkvijo je bila končana leta 1925.Na pročelje cerkve je vklesan napis " V slavo Boga in v spomin na zmago Italije obnovljeno v letu Gospodovem 1925". Nad njim pa napis"Od nekdaj tu živi Slovencev rod."
 A small village with a very large and beautiful church of St. Martin. During the First World War, the village was completely demolished. The restoration of the village together with the church was completed in 1925. The inscription "In the glory of God and in memory of the victory of Italy restored in the year of the Lord in 1925" is engraved on the front of the church. Above it is the inscription "The Slavic lineage has always lived here."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesa situata a San Martino del Carso frazione del comune di Sagrado. Carina da visitare in una passeggiata che comprenda anche la visita al museo della Grande Guerra e al monte San Michele. Vicino alla chiesa c'è un bel campetto per giocare a basket e calcetto in tutta sicurezza.
Church located in San Martino del Carso, part of the municipality of Sagrado. Nice to visit on a walk that also includes a visit to the museum of the Great War and to Mount San Michele. Near the church there is a nice pitch for playing basketball and soccer in complete safety.
