★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo questo Parco ma mi giunge voce che è ormai da troppi anni non bene amministrato. Si vede dalle condizioni in cui versa che non è bene amministrato, si pensa troppo come al solito al proprio tornaconto personale piuttosto che al bene del condominio. Personaggi strambi e opportunisti in cerca dell'affare dell'anno si aggirano come avvoltoi sui tetti del parco, ma spesso chi ci vive preferisce rivolgere lo sguardo altrove per non specchiarsi nei propri errori. Eppure basterebbe alzare gli occhi al cielo.
 This park is beautiful but I hear that it has not been well managed for too many years. You can see from the conditions in which it is placed that it is not well managed, as usual you think too much about your personal gain rather than the good of the condominium. Wacky and opportunistic characters in search of the bargain of the year roam like vultures on the roofs of the park, but often those who live there prefer to turn their gaze elsewhere so as not to be mirrored in their mistakes. Yet it would be enough to raise your eyes to the sky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parco bellissimo con alberi di arance, clementine e limoni. Posto auto, garage interno. Un po' fatiscente di sicuro ma in posizione strategica.
Beautiful park with orange, clementine and lemon trees. Parking space, internal garage. A little dilapidated for sure but in a strategic position.
