È tenuto molto bene, ed è un luogo ideale per passeggiare indisturbati in mezzo al verde, a due passi dal Po e dalle sue colline. A due passi dal centro di Chivasso, costeggia il Po e offre la possibilità di proseguire la passeggiata, da un lato fino a Castelrosso/ Rolandini costeggiando il Canale Cavour, e dall'altro di risalire fino alla confluenza dell'Orco nel Po e oltre ancora.
