All'interno vi è la villa storica "Grimaldi", piscine comunali, campi da tennis, parco giochi per bimbi, area feste, il tutto abbastanza ben tenuto. Prospicente vi è un ampio parcheggio, sottopassi che portano sulle belle spiagge di Cavi di Lavagna.
Situato in ottima posizione sulla via Aurelia, tra lavagna e cavi di lavagna
 Green area of the former Lavagnese cotton mill. Inside there is the historic villa "Grimaldi", municipal swimming pools, tennis courts, children's playground, party area, all fairly well maintained. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochi giochi per bambini. Il castello con lo scivolo e l'unico per bambini un po più grandi. Il parco è pieno di alberi e panchine distanziate. E possibile organizzare feste per bambini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande parcheggio per andare al parco Tigullio e in spiaggia, giochi nuovi per bambini . Parcheggio a pagamento solo d estate dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre, per il resto dell anno gratuito. C è anche un campo da basket .
Large parking area to go to the Tigullio park and to the beach, new games for children. Paid parking only in summer from 15 June to 15 September, free for the rest of the year. There is also a basketball court.
