Decent residence. Simple & sober.

Nice and clean hotel, good value for money. Rooms equipped with cooking facilities, microwave and water boiler.

It could seems old but clean and good in spaces and forniture. Rated ad It Is good for being close to Airport and fiera di Roma as weel.

Excellent rooms with well stacked kitchnette, reliable WiFi. Hospitable staff, nice breakfast. Well located vis,a vis train station, close to many offices. It is however located far from the City centre and only one restaurant nearby. I have stayed in this residence a number of times and extended durations. Overall a nice and cozy place to stay.

A bit worn down but affordable prices. Boring breakfast.

The place is huge with several buildings, restaurant, and club. The buildings are old, perhaps built around 1970s. There are several offices nearby like Huawei, WindTre, World Food Programme. There is also a Holiday Inn hotel and a train station nearby (not metro). The interior of the rooms looks retro with tiled floors. The room has an adjustable temperature control unit. It has at least 2 balconies, so you can open the doors if it's too hot. It all depends on which season you plan to stay and for how long. I checked in with my other colleagues to stay for over two months in the month of November. I felt the room creepy, but you can't help it ? The room has a TV, small kitchen with two electric hobs, microwave, water kettle, bed lamps, cabinets, security box, two-person dining table, fridge. The hotel staff speaks English and they can assist you if you want something. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The room comes with standard soap, shampoo, brush, razor, and towels. They are quite inadequate, so I suggest you bring along your own sanitary kit. Anyway, the hotel replenishes soap and shampoo on request. The furniture in the room is made of plywood and the room may smell like a carpenter workplace when you arrive. I had to open the doors of the balconies for an hour to let the fresh air in. The electric sockets are all two-pin vertically fitted to walls. I had a great trouble connecting my Mac adapter using an international adapter. The water in the kitchen is clean but is salty and smells chlorinated. I found minerals residue inside the water kettle. The toilets are clean and it even has a bath tub. The kitchen has a few utensils and you will have to get by with them. You can ask the hotel staff for more utensils depending on your needs. The hotel has several open wifi hotspots. However, the signal strength is poor but adequate for messaging and watching YouTube. The signal is at its worst during the weekend ?. You may find yourself switching between different wifi hotspots. You can buy €1.5 train tickets from the hotel reception. However, you need to punch the ticket at the train station in order to use it (valid until 100 minutes from the start of punch).

Did the job perfectly.

It’s functional with all basic requirements and vicinity to the local businesses. Not so recommended if you are on holidays but then it’s a short trim ride away from the city. The breakfast is basic Italian selection..
