★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY !!!. Car damaged after parking inside: reported the fact after two hours to the park and asked to see CCTV. Parking crew denied everything. Came back in person to ask for the video (it's covered with cameras) and I'm threatened by a bunch of the parking crew with menaces and insults of different kinds. Asked to speak with the owner, just to see the cameras and check if I'm wrong, no way. Sent a message, no answers.
Left the parking scared after two attempts to leave where I was blocked by their employees accusing me of insulting them. Never seen something like this !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this family owned garage for two months while staying in interim living. Great rate and great support. I scrubbed a wall by accident and they buffed it out and wouldn't accept compensation. During the school year, be mindful in the morning as it's quite the show with parents dropping off children.

Also, we didn't think the price was reasonable, for 3 hours we paid more than we paid for a full day in any of the other cities around Milan. There wasn't any price listed beforehand so w're not even sure how it works....
