★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's expensive yes. 2 euro per hour with maximal 14 for the day. But it is crazy close to down town. You can find cheaper ones or if you are lazy/have limited time in the city you pay this one. Just a normal underground parking lot

You can not driver further up because u will hit ZTL zone
This parking place is the closest to Parma old town
Price is quite reasonable
Be aware that the entrance of this carpark is along Viale 4 novembre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good parking garage with even enough space bigger SUVs. Lights indicate which spot is still free. A little difficult with a baby cart because the lift does not reach the surface.
