★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio impeccabile, sia il trasferimento all'andata che il recupero al ritorno; all'arrivo della nave al porto ho ricevuto un loro messaggio whatsApp dove mi chiedevano l'indicazione dell'orario di sbarco e appena uscito dall'area, c'era il loro personale pronto a trasferirci al parcheggio senza neanche un minuto di attesa.
 Impeccable service, both the outward transfer and the return return; upon arrival of the ship at the port I received a whatsApp message from them asking for an indication of the time of disembarkation and as soon as they left the area, their staff was ready to transfer us to the parking lot without even a minute of waiting.

gli addetti al trasporto ed in accettazione sono stati veramente gentili.
l'ambiente e accogliente e il servizio e stato efficiente,il responsabile mi ha contattato piu volte per sapere se avevo problemi oppure mi serviva qualcosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio impeccabile, preceduto da qualche giorno prima con messaggio whatsapp con indicazioni, link YouTube e foto/video del percorso e se non si riesce per qualche motivo ad arrivare ti vengono a recuperare con scooter per scortarti fino alla sede… carico e scarico bagagli… puntualità, disponibilità… il tutto per una professionalità al top …
Impeccable service, preceded a few days before with whatsapp message with directions, YouTube link and photos / videos of the route and if you are unable for some reason to arrive, they will come and pick you up with a scooter to escort you to the office ... loading and unloading luggage ... punctuality , availability ... all for top professionalism ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti a tutto lo staff, siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e professionalità, ci hanno offerto una bibita fresca e subito dopo è avvenuto il trasferimento fin sotto la nave con il furgone del parcheggio.
Il personale ci ha aiutato a caricare i bagagli e al ritorno dalla crociera Fabrizio ci ha telefonato per avvisare che le navette erano gia sotto la nave ad aspettarci. Sono molto soddisfatto lo consiglio a tutti.
Ritornerò molto volentieri. Grazie
Congratulations to all the staff, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism, they offered us a cold drink and immediately afterwards the transfer to the parking lot took place right under the ship.
The staff helped us load the luggage and when we got back from the cruise Fabrizio phoned to inform us that the shuttles were already waiting for us under the ship. I am very satisfied I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cortesi, puntuali ,onesti,ben organizzati..Non è la mia prima esperienza con i parcheggi,ma di sicuro la migliore.peccato solo che le agenzie di viaggio,al momento della prenotazione,non informino i clienti che oltre al parcheggio sono disponibili in affitto passeggini a soli 2 euro al giorno.per chi ,come me,ha dei bimbi è un servizio utilissimo. 5 stelle meritate.
courteous, punctual, honest, well organized ... It is not my first experience with parking, but certainly the best. It is just a pity that the travel agencies, at the time of booking, do not inform customers that in addition to parking they are available in Stroller rental for only 2 euros per day. for those who, like me, have children, this is a very useful service. 5 stars you deserve.

Non ho altre esperienze analoghe, però posso dire che in occasione di una partenza per crociera partita da Civitavecchia, ci siamo serviti di ParkingGo in zona, ed ottenuto un ottimo servizio, curato e veramente comodo. A scelta si può lasciare la macchina al coperto o no. Tutto organizzato online, ovviamente ... grazie, avevo proprio intenzione di recensire ottimamente i gentili professionisti incontrati. arrivederci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva. Precisi, puntuali, decisamente professionali ed anche gentili e cordiali. Il servizio è ottimo: l'auto è parcheggiata al coperto in una struttura recintata e controllata; al rientro sono già lì ad aspettarti per il rientro con navetta.
Very positive experience. Precise, punctual, decidedly professional and also kind and friendly. The service is excellent: the car is parked indoors in a fenced and controlled structure; on the way back they are already there waiting for you to return by shuttle.

Orari sempre più che precisi. Lo usiamo sempre ogni qualvolta necessitiamo. Ultima volta 9/16 dicembre x crociera con msc.
