★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio gratuito coperto comodo per lasciare vespe, scooter e biciclette al riparo delle intemperie. Il problema però è che, oltre ad essere sempre al completo e pieno di biciclette disposte in modo disordinato illuchettate alla belle meglio, il furto di biciclette è all’ordine del giorno. C'è anche un tizio che usa 4 luchetti enormi che pesano più della bicicletta stessa. È ormai una antica tradizione lasciare appeso il lucchetto della bicicletta rubata alla tettoia. Vedi foto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio biciclette preso d'assalto abusivamente da scooter e vespe, quando esiste, nello stesso posto, un parcheggio auto/moto appositamente adibito a tali mezzi.
Addirittura ci sono vespe, presumo d'epoca, in condizioni spesso disastrose, con un tizio che puntualmente tutte le mattine asfissia i poveri utenti del loco sgasando per 5 minuti e permettendosi poi anche di fare un giro di riscaldamento nel parcheggio auto/moto, lui solo sa perché. Una mattina tra l'ilarità generale lo si è visto tagliare il proprio lucchetto col flessibile perché diceva di aver perso la chiave. Qualcuno ha chiamato la polizia alla quale ha dovuto dare spiegazioni ed esibire i documenti.
Perché il comune o chi per esso non provvede a questa situazione, magari costruendo un ulteriore parcheggio coperto dedicato alle sole moto? Molti ciclisti non possono usare le rastrelliere perché le moto occupano 3 o 4 posti; di conseguenza devono legare la bici ai pali o altrove col rischio reale, accaduto più volte, che poi il comune stesso rimuova le bici non vincolate in modo conforme.
Così sembra andare l'Italia, purtroppo.

Why the municipality or whoever does not provide for this situation, perhaps building an additional covered parking dedicated only to motorcycles? Many cyclists cannot use the racks because the bikes occupy 3 or 4 seats; consequently they have to tie the bike to the poles or elsewhere with the real risk, which has happened several times, that the municipality itself will then remove the bikes not bound in a compliant way.
This is how Italy seems to go, unfortunately.
