È ricavato in una ex caserma ormai fatiscente. A primo impatto sembra un luogo abbandonato, invece è un ottimo parcheggio per le auto di chi frequenta la vicina piazza e anche per i camper. Di notte è tranquillo e sicuro, anche per la vicinanza della stazione dei carabinieri che all'interno del parcheggio ha un'area riservata ai loro mezzi.
Naturalmente non c'è, essendo solo un parcheggio, né elettricità né carico-scarico.
Free parking in the center of Palmanova just behind the Duomo and the splendid Piazza Grande.
It is housed in a dilapidated former barracks. At first glance it looks like an abandoned place, instead it is an excellent parking for the cars of those who frequent the nearby square and also for campers. At night it is quiet and safe, also due to the proximity of the carabinieri station which has an area reserved for their vehicles inside the parking lot.
Of course there is no electricity or loading / unloading, being only a parking lot.

Very convenient, close to the square, free. Much neglected because it is housed in a half-destroyed barracks.
