Il parcheggio è inoltre gratuito. Tante aree verdi nei dintorni, comodo da raggiungere e sfruttabile anche da chi si reca al Carisp, al Bingo, all'Ippodromo o alla Piscina Comunale. Posti auto vengono persi quando si organizzano i "baracconi" (le giostre) o arriva il circo in città, ma è fino ad oggi anche a basso rischio criminalità (spaccate notturne dei finestrini). Servizio di navetta efficientissimo, il biglietto di soli 10 centesimi vale tutto il giorno e ti porta dritto in centro storico, senza creare traffico, intasamenti e difficoltà a parcheggiare. Il parcheggio è talmente capiente che è impossibile non trovare parcheggio. Il pezzo forte di questo parcheggio, però, è che se si fa il biglietto per il tram dalle macchinette vicino al chiosco della piadina, con 10 centesimi a persona (esatto, con solo 0,10 euro!!) si può usufruire delle linee dei bus 4 e 6 per tutto il giorno. Entrambe le linee portano in centro con una frequenza di 10 - 15 minuti da una corsa all'altra. Per i camperisti, e non solo, un modo economico e sicuro per visitare la bella città di Cesena. Per i camperisti invece che vogliono passarci la notte, la zona è molto tranquilla ma un po' isolata di notte. Bel parco adiacente e percorso ciclo-pedonale sul fiume molto interessante con la bella stagione (per i più allenati la pista ciclabile arriva fino al mare). I servizi di carico scarico sono a pagamento. Da evitare nel mese di ottobre perché c'è il festival con le giostre, quindi piuttosto rumoroso.
