From here you can reach San Terenzo with a short walk through the "caruggi", but ... it is almost impossible to find a place, it is a small parking lot.

Quando ci sono passato non ho trovato nessun posto libero, ma c’era da aspettarselo essendo l’unico parcheggio non a pagamento della zona. Buona fortuna a chi riuscirà ad accaparrarsi un posto. Free parking really small with few parking spaces. 5 minutes from the beach and walk to Lerici. When I was there, I didn't find any free place, but it was to be expected as the only unpaid parking in the area. Good luck to those who manage to grab a seat.

Small free parking convenient for the San Terenzo seafront, reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes. Really few places, so always full.
