Damaged my car and then act it’s not their fault and can’t help it.

Don't use this business! They are thieves and stole a wallet off the back seat in the space of 3 minutes while they were moving the car then denied and argued with us. DO NOT USE! THIEVES!

Never use this Garage as a tourist! Terrifying experience! AVOID IT!!

Avoid it as a tourist. When I arrived, I was told parking for 2 days would be 50 euros, as also stated on the website. When returning after two days I was forced to pay 100 euros, or they wouldn’t return my key.

I love this lot. I've used it consistently for the last 2.5 years and never had any issues. The staff if courteous, efficient, the garage is secure, and the lot even fits my huge car!

EN: I will never use this place again and I highly discourage customers from using this business. My boyfriend and I paid 9€ for a 2 hrs and 15 minutes stay. The staff did not even provide an invoice until we asked for it but the REAL SHAME is that one of their employees run after us, several hundreds of meters away, on the main road. At the traffic light he came out of nowhere, punched our vehicle twice and started shouting at us in public that we had left without paying, which was not true. I thought he wanted to beat us. We therefore decided to return to the garage to speak with someone. The person that was there did not say a single word to apologize. Honestly speaking I felt scared, publicly humiliated and aggressed. Unbelievable!! IT: Non usero' mai piu questo garage, non lo consiglio a seguito della mia esperienza. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pagato 9 € per 2 ore e 15 circa. Non ci hanno rilasciato ricevuta fiscale fino a che non l'abbiamo pretesa ma la VERGOGNA e' che un loro addetto ci ha rincorso per vari metri sulla strada principale, fino al semaforo e, sbucato improvvisamente, ci ha dato 2 cazzotti nella macchina, quindi ho pensato ci volesse picchiare, poi si e' messo a strillare che non avevamo pagato! (Cosa non vera!). Siamo tornati al garage perche' siamo persone per bene, avendo gia pagato, ma non abbiamo avuto neppure le scuse. Onestamente mi sono spaventata, siamo stati umiliati in pubblico e aggrediti.

This is a Tetris parking lot!!! We got lucky that the car was not scratched, but we suffered so much seeing how they drive the cars to try to get out of ours. They spend like 15 minutes and moved at least 10 other cars to get ours. It is not recommended but there are not too many other options.
