Non devi neanche fermarti alla sbarra per inserire il biglietto in uscita perché è tutto automatico con la targa del veicolo. Underground parking therefore perfect for leaving the car dry and cool. T	Tiziano Cheloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo parcheggio interrato vicino il centro di Bassano del Grappa una volta era efficiente, soprattutto nei pagamenti con il lettore di targhe in ingresso ed in uscita. Bastava ricordarsi la targa della propria macchina e si paga esattamente il tempo che si era rimasti in sosta nel parcheggio. Poi il sistema di lettura targhe è stato considerato oblsoleto e così è stato deciso di introdurrre una roboante innovazione tecnologica: IL BIGLIETTO! Oltre a rallentare le operazioni di pagamento (una volta c'erano due casse ora ce n'è solo una) se malauguratamente vi doveste perdere per qualunque motivo il biglietto siete fregati. Non c'è verso di chiedere la lettura della targa del proprio veicolo in ingresso o delle telecamere interne che vi hanno ripreso mentre entravate. No, quelle le usano solo se pensate di forzare la barra in uscita... Pagate una tantum di 20 euro (!) e potete uscire. Altrimente la macchina rimane lì. Che dire? Una volta se non ti ricordavi la targa della macchina al massimo ti facevi un giro dove l'avevi parcheggiata per rinfrescarti la memoria. Ora con la tecnologia che avanza è stato pure giustamente deciso di creare anche un po' di inquinamento in più con le migliaia di biglietti in carta semi plastificata (non riciclabile) che chiaramente vanno buttati nel secco (se non a terra...). Ma la sostanza è che il cittadino/utente viene sempre fregato senza possibilità di dimostrare la sua buona fede. Questa mattina ho parcheggiato la macchina presso il parcheggio Cadorna, assieme a mia figlia e mio marito (disabile al 100%). Stupidamente, anche se sarebbe nostro diritto non pagare il posto auto ho ritirato il biglietto, al rientro per errore ho premuto "biglietto smarrito" o qualcosa di simile e di default il conto è salito a 20€, ho pagato ma subito dopo sono andata presso lo sportello dove ho trovato 2 operatori molto poco professionali e per nulla preparati. Alla richiesta del rimborso mi è stato risposto che "sono stata sfortunata" e che non avrei potuto poi recuperare i soldi, a questo punto ho fatto presente che avendo un disabile ed avendo esposto il tagliando avrei potuto anche non pagare ma i due interventi hanno alzato le mani ribadendo che ero stata sfortunata... ridicolo. A	Andrea Stefano Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamento assurdo, entro con la carta di credito, evito il biglietto, esco appoggio la stessa carta di credito, mostra importo, ma non accetta il pagamento con quella carta, funzione telefono sulla colonna da usare come passa tempo, tanto non risponde nessuno, fortuna che avevo un'altra carta di credito che viene accettata per il pagamento. Qualcuno sa spiegarmi il motivo e come si potrà risolvere? Absurd payment, I enter with a credit card, I avoid the ticket, I go out, I support the same credit card, it shows the amount, but does not accept the payment with that card, telephone function on the column to use as time passes, nobody answers anyway, luck that I had another credit card that is accepted for payment. Can anyone explain why and how can it be solved?
