Si trova alle porte di Perugia, zona ferro di Cavallo ed ha al suo interno la stazione del minimetrò, utilissimo per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo e senza problemi di parcheggio (nel centro di Perugia vige la zona a traffico limitato). É importante sapere che una corsia il giovedì mattina é occupata dal mercato dei coltivatori diretti ed il sabato mattina diverse corsie sono impegnate dal mercato settimanale, pertanto attenzione a non lasciare la sera precedente la macchina in queste corsie, peraltro segnalate, sennò scatta la rimozione. Il minimetrò chiude per manutenzione annuale ad agosto in prossimità del Ferragosto. Vicino al parcheggio c'è il punto di partenza ed arrivo dei Fluxbus. Parking is very large and free.
