β β β β β Terrible parking spot for tourists/people with a foreign licence plate!!
Thiefs damage the back window and check if you have lugage/worthy stuff in your trunk and steal this.
Luckily we had no stuff in the trunk so the window damage is the only problem for us, but don't park here with a foreign license plate!

β β β β β This is what happens when you leave a car with a luggage inside in this parking lot during the day for a few hours - our car window was smashed and everything inside stolen! And it was the last day of our holiday in Italy. Parking lot crew, the management and the police do nothing about this! Now it looks like this is the regular thing and still nothing is done about that! A huge embarrassment for the city of Milan and Italy!

β β β β β Do Not Park here!!! Returned from a trip around Milan town by metro to find damages to the rental vehicle. Staff dont seem to bother to assist and kept repeating parking here is at your own risk. To those whom decide to park and ride I strongly recommend to pay the congestion charge and drive into Milan if you are a tourists driving a rental car. Also around the carpark there were also 3 vehicles smashed with their belongings stolen. Hope to see an improvement in security here.

β β β β β Avoid parking here if you are a turist and have your luggage inside the car. We have a horrible experience in April 2018: we park to get the Metro and when arrived the glasses were broken and they steal all of our 5 baggage, letting us without any cloth and personal stuff. The luggage were not even visible from outside the car. I let some pictures of the episode.

β β β β β Did not read the reviews and got robbed for our luggage. Really sad since we now have to cancel our 4 Weeks of vacation after just 2 days. Staff seemed indifferent and looking at the other reviews hier are probably looking away or even profiting from this.

β β β β β Dangerous!! Do not park there when visiting Milan!
We parked there last Friday (16/6/2021) during broad daylight (between 11am and 5pm). When we came back the side-window of our car was broken and all our luggage and sports equipment was stolen.
When explaining this to the ATM staff (3 people) and asking if they saw anything or heard the alarm this was met with apathy. They do not have access to the surveillance cameras. What are they doing and why are they even there?
Obviously, reading all these reviews, finding broken glass in the parking lot, this is an everyday happening at ATM Lampugnano and ATM staff and management should question their own competence. No one from ATM has responded to our questions or offered any help in understanding what happened. They are supposed to take care of flexible transport in Milan but how is that possible with this level of service and no security at all?!
Do not park there and enjoy a worry-free holiday!

β β β β β Parked here for 3 hours and lost a windowβ¦ do not get fooled by the ramps, cameras and info point with a worker. If you have foreign plates you are almost guaranteed to get a broken window and you stuff stolen. AVOID AT ALL COST!
