A great service. A stone's throw from the Airport, competent and very kind staff, shuttle that takes you and picks you up in five minutes, all at very low prices. Very convenient, I will still use their parking with pleasure.

Everything OK. I just waited a little too long for the car to be returned. They could not find the keys and the car had not been prepared. Friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La macchina era sporca e puzzava tanto che la ho dovuta pulire e mettere un profumatamente,un signore senza barba almeno è gentile e sa fare con il pubblico ,l'altro con barba non portato per stare al pubblico,risposte svogliatezza nessuna cordialità nei confronti del cliente,voto 2 ed è anche troppo anche per le condizioni dell auto.
The car was dirty and smelled so bad that I had to clean it and put a handsomely on it, one gentleman without a beard at least is kind and knows how to deal with the public, the other with a beard not brought to be in the public, answers listlessness no cordiality towards the customer, vote 2 and it is too much even for the condition of the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shuttle driver is very friendly and does a good job. It is very fast indeed and uncomplicated to get to the airport from the parking lot.
Unfortunately there are no signs in english upon entrance which is surprising in the context of an international airport. Also the parking itself looks very untidy (looks more like a wasteland/vacant lot than anything else…). I also witnessed that many customers were waiting quite a lot to be able to park their car there (which must be quite stressful) so maybe a good idea to come well ahead of any flight….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, but you must have an opertaional phone to call them, and they pick you up at the airport. Nice car, clean, full of gas. Good price, very close to the Florence airport. Recommend!
