Fino ad oggi quando, mio malgrado, mi sono imbattuta nella signora che vi lavora e che forse scambiandomi per una dipendente, si è messa ad impartirmi ordini e lezioni su dove mettermi, dove non mettermi, come indossare la mascherina e come non indossarla. Io la mascherina l’avevo messa, forse non fino agli occhi, ma coprivo bocca e inizio del naso. Sono sempre andata così da Paratore e non ho mai avuto problemi. Io messa sotto gli occhi essendo asmatica non posso respirare. La signora prima mi ordina di mettermi dietro il plexiglas, poi non contenta mi vuole fare la paternale su come metterla, inveendo. La comunicazione con il cliente è importante e così facendo si perdono clienti.
