Ad esempio, tengo in considerazione il livello di pulizia dell’ambiente, se il commerciante o altro professionista saluta il cliente, se è disponibile a fornire delucidazioni sui prodotti in vendita, se sappia proporre eventuali alternative.
Il farmacista Zambon si è dimostrato una persona gentile, preparata, forse a volte un po’ troppo pignola nell’elencare qualsiasi aspetto di ogni medicinale o affine. Ma ciò denota che ci tiene ad informare adeguatamente le persone che si rivolgono a lui.
E lo sconto del 10% non guasta. Quindi per me 5 stelle meritate.

The pharmacist Zambon has proved to be a kind person, prepared, perhaps sometimes a little too fussy in listing any aspect of any medicine or similar. But this denotes that he is keen to adequately inform the people who come to him.
And the 10% discount doesn't hurt. So for me 5 stars deserve.
