★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il cambio di gestione a mio parere è stato peggiorativo sia per la scelta delle linee di prodotti da tenere che per la gestione che a volte a mio parere sembra essere molto orientata al profitto piuttosto che alla qualità e alla persona. La precedente titolare era una persona speciale umile ed empatica e la sua mancanza si sente moltissimo.
Unfortunately, the change of management in my opinion was pejorative both for the choice of product lines to keep and for the management which at times in my opinion seems to be very profit oriented rather than quality and person. The previous owner was a special humble and empathetic person and we miss her very much.
