La persona addetta lo ha preso e mi ha detto si ce lo abbiamo allora gli ho detto me ne dia due di barattoli lui li prende e li mette in una busta di carta insieme al campione vuoto, torno a casa aprendone uno mi accorgo che le capsule erano più piccole guardo il mio di barattolo e quello che mi aveva messo nella busta senza nemmeno farmelo vedere ed erano diverse . Torno con quello che non avevo aperto per farmelo sostituire e questa volta trovo una persona diversa la quale mi dice che non può sostituirlo perc causa covid anche se l'errore non l'ho fatto io ... Quindi attenti non fidatevi come ho fatto io.
I can't give less than one. I went to the drugstore with the empty jar to show him what I needed. The person in charge took it and told me yes we have it then I told him give me two of jars he takes them and puts them in a paper bag together with the empty sample, I go home opening one I realize that the capsules they were smaller I look at my jar and the one he had put in the bag without even showing it to me and they were different. I come back with the one I didn't open to have it replaced and this time I find a different person who tells me that he can't replace it because of covid even if I didn't make the mistake ... So be careful don't trust me like I did .
