A scandalous experience to say the least! Yesterday afternoon I order a product, today I go to pick it up and I am told that I have to reorder it because in the morning they sold it to another customer. I refuse because I point out the lack of professionalism and I am told in a bad way that I am presumptuous. I am speechless
