Very rude and outrageous. Wanted to withdraw from the purchase where I was told that would not be possible. Suddenly only Italian was spoken.

Ho acquistato un prodotto della loro linea assolutamente inefficace e pagato molto caro per quello che vale. Sto parlando del loro integratore per curare l'acne, che promette miracoli (da come diceva la commessa in addirittura 15 giorni!)... Uno spreco di soldi e tempo! In più personale scortese e maleducato in più pccasioni, non ci tornerò sicuramente.
Bad experiences!
I bought a product from their line that was absolutely ineffective and paid very dearly for what it's worth. I'm talking about their supplement to treat acne, which promises miracles (as the saleswoman said in as much as 15 days!) ... A waste of money and time! Plus rude and rude staff on more occasions, I will definitely not stay here again.
