Sono entrato in questa parafarmacia e mi ha accolto una signora con il camice bianco con sopra la spilla simbolo dei farmacisti. Ho chiesto un prodotto omeopatico, la signora ha controllato, purtroppo il prodotto non c'era e mi ha proposto un prodotto diverso dicendo che aveva la stessa funzione. Dato che il costo era irrisorio senza riflettere mi sono fidato di ciò che mi aveva detto la signora e l"ho acquistato. Tornato a casa ho controllato a cosa servisse e mi sono reso conto che era proprio un prodotto diverso.
Questo comportamento oltre che grave è anche pericoloso per la salute dei clienti.
Non rientrerò mai più in questo negozio.
Incompetent or cheaters?
I entered this parapharmacy and I was greeted by a lady in a white coat with a pharmacist's symbol on it. I asked for a homeopathic product, the lady checked, unfortunately the product was not there and she proposed me a different product saying that it had the same function. Since the cost was negligible without thinking I trusted what the lady had said to me and I bought it. When I got home I checked what it was for and I realized that it was really a different product.
This behavior is not only serious but also dangerous for the health of customers.
I will never go back to this shop.
