★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissime e professionali. Non si limitano a lavorare solo nell'orario prefissato, ma anzi, erano le 13.40 ed ancora erano aperte. Riescono sempre a risolvere qualsiasi problema tu abbia trovando il giusto prodotto.

La dottoressa è gentilissima, ha sempre il consiglio giusto in base alle mie necessità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesi fa, in fase di lockdown, una collega mi aveva indicato tale parafarmacia ,in un dato giorno, quale provvista di mascherine. Così mi sono recata chiedendo se potevo acquistare qualche mascherina,ma erano tutte prenotate. Ad un tratto entra il cane della proprietaria ed io, che ho paura dei cani, sussulto ed esclamo: 'il cane!'
La proprietaria con fare scorbutico e in modo tutt'altro che cortese risponde che il cane era suo e che non l'avrebbe lasciato libero se non fosse stato mansueto(ma con quali modi sgarbati!). A parte che le paure sono irrazionali ,cosa che le ho risposto, io ero una cliente in quel momento e me ne sono scappata a gambe levate! La gentilezza è la prima dote da possedere se si sceglie di gestire un'attività commerciale e avere a che fare col pubblico!!!
Per quanto mi riguarda, depennata per sempre, anche fosse la più fornita!
Months ago, during the lockdown phase, a colleague had indicated this parapharmacy, on a given day, as having masks. So I went asking if I could buy some masks, but they were all booked. Suddenly the owner's dog enters and I, who am afraid of dogs, startled and exclaim: 'the dog!'
The owner with a grumpy and anything but courteous way replies that the dog was hers and that she would not have let him free if he had not been meek (but with what rude ways!). Apart from the fact that the fears are irrational, which I replied, I was a customer at the time and I ran away! Kindness is the first gift to possess if you choose to manage a business and have to do with the public !!!
As for me, crossed out forever, even if it were the most supplied!
