Io dico questo il ristorante Paradiso22 è eccellente! Ma è da dire che la qualità e la cura dei piatti c'è e si vede! Very nice place. We were here taking advantage of the discount the fork .. despite this, the prices were a bit high. Sì parte con una entree di benvenuto sfiziosa. Gli antipasti ed i primi provati sono stati apprezzatissimi, in particolar modo le fettuccine al nero di seppia. Prezzi alti rispetto alla media ma adeguati al contesto ed alla qualità offerta. A rarity in the province. The location is very very beautiful, intimate and relaxing. I was struck by the attention to detail. The service is attentive and friendly. Yes starts with a delicious welcome entree. The starters and the first tried were highly appreciated, especially the fettuccine with cuttlefish ink. High prices compared to the average but adequate to the context and the quality offered.

Entrè di benvenuto offerto, le portate non sono molto abbonandoti ma buone e con gusti ben accostati. Anche il pane è fatto in casa e ce ne sono diversi. I prezzi non sono per tutte le tasche ma con lo sconto the fork è avvicinabile. Da provare se si è in zona. Refined cuisine with spectacular dishes. The location is new, modern and tastefully furnished and creates a very intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Offered welcome entrance, the courses are not very subscribed but good and with well matched tastes. The bread is also homemade and there are several. The prices are not for all budgets but with the discount the fork is approachable. A must try if you are in the area.

Ai piedi di Boville ernica, nota per l’Angelo di Giotto, conservate all’interno della Chiesa di San Pietro Ispano, presenta un motivo in più per essere visitata: “paradiso 22”. Un locale molto elegante, dal gusto raffinato, come lo sono i piatti, vere opere d’arte preparate con cura minuziosa dallo chef di origini argentine che mette la sua creatività in ogni proposta. Il risultato è eccezionale! Le foto parlano da sole! Le mousse di pesce hanno sempre un adeguato ricovero in un guscio esterno di salmone o prosciutto cotto. Deliziosi i paccheri neri in guazzetto e i ravioloni ripieni con capesante, guarniti con burrata e pistacchi. Anche l’insalata è una poesia con fragole e mirtilli a farle da contorno! Ottimo anche il pesce arrosto, dove non mancava il tocco dei ribes, e infine la tartelletta di frutta, una delle migliori che abbia mai mangiato! La creatività non finisce qui! Il piano di sopra del locale, una volta adibito anch’esso a ristorante, è diventato un teatro, una location ideale per il tango! La pandemia ha frenato il progetto delle cene-teatro ma speriamo possa riprendere al più presto! A surprising reality in the land of Ciociaria! At the foot of Boville ernica, known for Giotto's Angel, preserved inside the Church of San Pietro Ispano, it presents one more reason to be visited: "paradise 22". The result is exceptional! The photos speak for themselves! Fish mousses always have adequate shelter in an outer shell of salmon or cooked ham. Delicious black paccheri in stew and ravioli stuffed with scallops, garnished with burrata and pistachios. Even the salad is a poem with strawberries and blueberries as a side dish! The roasted fish is also excellent, where the touch of currants was not lacking, and finally the fruit tart, one of the best I have ever eaten! Creativity doesn't stop there! The upstairs floor of the room, once also used as a restaurant, has become a theater, an ideal location for tango! The pandemic has slowed down the dinner-theater project but we hope it will resume as soon as possible!
