★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissima: tempi lunghissimi e cordialità zero. Sembra che non sappiano nemmeno salutare. Per giunta mi hanno lasciato il pacco in mezzo alla strada, nemmeno davanti casa o sul marciapiede.
Not recommended: very long times and zero friendliness. It seems they don't even know how to say hello. In addition, they left me the package in the middle of the street, not even in front of the house or on the sidewalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica volta che ho avuto a che fare con loro è stato per un reso, il corriere si è anche seccato al telefono perché non ero a casa( ero a lavoro non a passeggiare) sarebbe bastata una telefonata il giorno prima per avvisarmi che sarebbero passati.
The only time I had to deal with them was for a return, the courier was also annoyed on the phone because I was not at home (I was at work not walking) a phone call the day before would have been enough to warn me that they would be passed.

Vengo ricontattato, concordo un appuntamento, il corriere non si presenta e solo dopo un ulteriore chiamata vengo a sapere che c'è stato un problema logistisco e che sarei stato avvisato... prima o poi...
They held a delivery in the warehouse for 5 days before deigning to contact me for an appointment (after a reminder from me).
I am contacted, I agree an appointment, the courier does not show up and only after another call do I learn that there has been a logistic problem and that I would have been notified ... sooner or later ...

Il corriere ha fatto scaricare a me il pacco dal camion! Chiedendo ripetutamente cosa fosse!
Ero fuori dal cancello ma lui ha proseguito dritto senza ascoltare le mie indicazioni, veramente senza parole. In più trattenendo il pacco per quasi due settimane!
They don't even deserve a bad star!
The courier made me unload the package from the truck! Repeatedly asking what it was!
I was outside the gate but he went straight on without listening to my directions, truly speechless. Plus by holding the package for almost two weeks!
