Per fortuna che prima di uscire stavo facendo una foto per mandarla alla persona alla quale ho fatto ricarica, e mi accorgo che anziché 202 euro mi ha ricaricato 22 euro. Vado dalla ragazza glielo faccio presente e mi dice M'HAI RIMBAMBITO NON C'HO CAPITO NIENTE! io l'avevo rimbambita? Lei parlava con una ragazza per un profumo che non le era arrivato! Vabbé! Comunque deve rifare la ricarica integrativa di 180 euro+2 e avrei dovuto pagare io i 2 euro, gli ho detto che non avevo sbagliato io e non mi pareva giusto dover ripagare le spese, mi risponde "vabbé ce le metto io!" risultato? Mi ha fatto una ricarica di 178 euro+2 di ricarica. I 2 euro ce li ho rimessi io. Credo che sbagliare sia umano, ma chiedere scusa di più, non dare sempre la colpa agli altri. NON SO COME SI FA, QUINDI RISPONDO QUI AL PROPRIETARIO. INNANZITUTTO LA RINGRAZIO PER LE SCUSE, MA NON CONOSCO IL PERSONALE, ERA UNA RAGAZZA MA NON SO COME SI CHIAMA. In più ho dovuto aspettare che si degnasse di arrivare qualcuno alla cassa per poter effettuare l'ordine e nonostante ciò, appena è arrivata la cassiera il primo che è entrato mi è passato pure davanti... e ciò non sarebbe successo se ci fosse stato qualcuno sin dall'inizio alla cassa. Non si preoccupavano neanche di pulire i tavoli dalla consumazione precedente per permettere alla gente con nuove ordinazioni di sedersi, ho dovuto togliere da me le tazze che c'erano per sedermi al tavolo. Dovrebbero fare più attenzione ai clienti. Il cappuccino e il cornetto al pistacchio erano buoni. Peccato per tutto il resto.
