F	Fiorella Pratolongo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio assolutamente. Pagati 6 bancali di pellet a luglio 2017, Abbiamo dovuto rincorrere i venditori perché ce li consegnassero, per tutto l' inverno. Dovevano portarli in due volte ma, accampando mille scuse, ne hanno centellinati 5 ,uno alla volta nei mesi, mettendoci nella condizione di dover prendere pellett supplementare altrove, per tamponare le loro mancanze. A tutto questo si è aggiunta la profonda maleducazione e arroganza del proprietario che anziché scusarsi dei disagi arrecateci a causa della sua disorganizzazione, ha sostenuto ancora di aver ragione urlandoci in faccia come se la colpa fosse nostra. Forse, secondo lui avremmo dovuto accedere o spegnare il riscaldamento in funzione dei comodi ( o pasticci )suoi e non per il freddo. Si è rifiutato di portarci l' ultimo bancale. Aspetto il rimborso. I do not recommend. 6 pallets of pellets paid in July 2017, We had to chase the vendors to deliver them to us all winter. They had to take them twice but, making a thousand excuses, they sank 5 of them, one at a time in the months, putting us in the condition of having to take extra pellets elsewhere, to buffer their shortcomings. To all this was added the profound rudeness and arrogance of the owner who instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused to us by his disorganization, still claimed to be right by shouting at us as if it were our fault. Perhaps, according to him, we should have turned the heating on or off according to his comfort (or messes) and not because of the cold. He refused to bring us the last pallet. I'm waiting for a refund.

Mi dice; Mercoledì sono da lei. mia moglie non va a lavoro e lo aspetta tutto il giorno. Richiama venerdì e dice mezz’ora sono da lei, mia moglie torna a casa e arriva dopo 3,5 ore... va beh gente che lavora come tutti e può capitare giusto? Ora guardate la legna dopo 20 minuti che cerco di accenderla, vergognosamente fresca, il bello è che ha parlato malissimo di tutti i suoi concorrenti vicini dicendo che sono tutti disonesti... per quello che penso potrei essere denunciato x istigazione al suicidio perché per me può solo ammazzarsi. Vergogna legna schifosa. Vediamo se dopo questa recensione ha il coraggio di prendersi le sue responsabilità. Ps le recensioni servono a questo scovare i disonesti.
