★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due secchi di pittura realizzata al tintometro ma il colore non è quello richiesto (nonostante avessi fornito il codice preciso). Inoltre, cosa ancora più sconcertante, è che fra i due secchi di pittura cambia completamente il colore e la tonalità! Ci tengo a specificare che la diluizione è stata effettuata correttamente, pertanto, molto probabilmente si tratta di un’errata calibrazione del macchinario oppure della sporcizia presente nello stesso.
Per non portarla alle lunghe, quindi, mi ritrovo con due secchi di pittura di due colori differenti e nessuno di essi è quello giusto. Sono molto deluso da questo acquisto poiché necessitavo di quel determinato colore ed ora mi trovo a dovermi rivolgere ad un’altro venditore (avendoci rimesso tempo e soldi).
I bought two buckets of paint made with the tinting machine but the color is not the one requested (despite having provided the precise code). Also, what is even more disconcerting, is that between the two buckets of paint the color and hue completely change! I would like to specify that the dilution has been carried out correctly, therefore, most likely it is an incorrect calibration of the machine or the dirt present in it.
So, in order not to take it for a long time, I find myself with two buckets of paint in two different colors and neither of them is the right one. I am very disappointed with this purchase because I needed that particular color and now I find myself having to contact another seller (having lost time and money).
