È un punto di riferimento in zona se si vogliono acquistare dei libri anche di scuola e se non si vuole arrivare fino a Port'Alba. I libri di solito sono da ordinare. Inoltre vende anche aricoli di cancelleria: quaderni, penne, matite, album da disegno. Papira is a family-run stationery bookshop, it is not very large and is located in Piazza Gisnbattista Vico. F	Francesca Coppola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un incubo. Il peggior negozio del quartiere. Solo una parola può definirli: INCOMPETENTI. Non sono in grado, proprio non ce la fanno. Sono lenti, non sanno mai niente, cadono dalle nuvole e a volte pretendono anche di aver ragione quando non ce l'hanno. Una volta ho atteso un semplice cartoncino nero per più di un mese, mi rimandavano sempre, e alla fine manco l'ho avuto. Quello che non tollero sono le "balle", se sto cartoncino non ti arriva, non lo puoi ordinare, ci sono problemi... dimmelo, non farmi perdere tempo, non è che stai perdendo chissà quale vendita. Apprezzo più chi mi dice :"guarda non li ordiniamo perchè non li vendiamo" piuttosto che uno che mi fa andare avanti e indietro prendendomi in giro. E questo è solo uno dei tanti episodi, ora sono alle prese con i libri di scuola: un macello. File interminabili davanti il negozio, libri che non arrivano, libri sbagliati e i soliti favoritismi agli amici e conoscenti. Chiudete che non siete in grado! A nightmare. I once waited for a plain black card for over a month, they always sent me back, and in the end I didn't even get it.
