La prima volta Entro nel ufficio vengo accolto da un ragazzo che tra varie telefonate mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni che desideravo, scusandosi ogni volta che interrompeva il discorso per rispondere al telefono. Scelto il blocco sono stato affidato al titolare per il carico che senza mezzi termini mi ha detto "mo non ho tempo vatteli a caricare da solo" preciso che ho un età avanzata e i blocchi pesano 20 kg. Capisco la situazione e nei giorni successivi carico i blocchi da solo e entro in ufficio dove pago volta per volta. Sabato entro nel ufficio e trovo il ragazzo impegnato e pago a una signora che con tono poco gentile mi dice "come si è permesso a caricare i blocchi senza prima entrare in ufficio" . Un po di coerenza, il titolare dice "arrangiati" e la dipendente ti tratta male. Ora meritereste 1 stella ma visto che parte del vostro personale si è dimostrato cortese e gentile e i vostri prodotti di ottima qualità/prezzo lascio un 3 stelle.
