Ho fatto pulire le vasca ad Ottobre del 2020 e gia a fine di Gennaio 2021 ho iniziato ad avere problemi di risalita delle acque dal lavello della cucina Mi ero raccomandato ed avevo insistito al momento dell uscita per il lavoro di pulire anche lo scarico della cucina ma la persona che e uscita ha detto che non serviva. Li ho ricontattati per spiegare il problema e la risposta e stata: La richiamo nei prossimi gg non ho l agenda con me ... Risultato: S O N O S P A R I T I !!!! Visto che ho pagato in contanti e con soldi buoni direi che si sono comportati in modo VERGOGNOSO E SCORRETTO !!!! Se fai un lavoro male ti assumi la responsabilita e se serve lo rifai (tra le altre cose non ho chiesto sconti o di rifarlo Gratis) I had chosen this purge service because from the reviews it seems to have a good quality / price ratio and to be professional in the service I must say in reality that I was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I contacted them to explain the problem and the answer was: I'll call you back in the next days I don't have the agenda with me ... Result: S O N O S P A R I T I !!!! Since I paid in cash and with good money I would say they behaved in a good way SHAMEFUL AND INCORRECT !!!! If you do a bad job, you take responsibility and do it again if you need to (among other things I did not ask for discounts or to do it again for free)
