Il loro servizio non si limita alla vendita dei prodotti bensì all'individuazione del miglior compromesso tecnico/estetico.

Quello, però, che per me ha fatto la differenza è stata l'assistenza della Sig.ra Anna: professionale, preparata, tenace, gestisce le cose come fosse casa propria. Onestamente se non fosse stato per lei non credo che avrei comprato lì, perchè per quanto i prodotti meritino, il prezzo c'è tutto. Se avessi un'attività mia, vorrei di certo una come lei: fa la differenza!
This business offers products that certainly cannot be considered "common" as those sold by large distributions and this is absolutely a strong point. However, what made the difference for me was the assistance of Mrs. Anna: professional, prepared, tenacious, she manages things as if it were her own home. Honestly if it hadn't been for her I don't think I would have bought there, because as much as the products deserve, the price is everything. If I had my own business, I would certainly want someone like her: it makes a difference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati presso il punto vendita sito in Viale Italia, all’ingresso ci accoglie una commessa bionda, e attendiamo che ultima un cliente per spiegare le nostre esigenze. Nel frattempo, mentre eravamo in procinto di spiegare, entra una signora e due ragazzi che pone una domanda alla commessa che quest’ultima con la scusa di indicare le mattonelle richieste dalla signora arrivata dopo di noi la serve del tutto! Credo che questo atteggiamento sia poco rispettoso nei confronti di un acquirente. In questo modo credo che si perdono i clienti. Non ci ritornerò più perché a questo punto c’è poca professionalità e attenzione!
We went to the store located in Viale Italia, a blonde saleswoman welcomes us at the entrance, and we are waiting for the last one to explain our needs. Meanwhile, while we were about to explain, a lady and two boys enter and ask a question to the saleswoman who, with the excuse of indicating the tiles requested by the lady who arrived after us, serves her completely! I think this attitude is disrespectful towards a buyer. In this way I believe that customers are lost. I will never go back there because at this point there is little professionalism and attention!
