La mia unica richiesta era un preventivo e loro, per non sprecare neanche 1 foglio di carta, hanno inventato pezzi da sostituire con l'assurda pretesa che, se non seguivo la loro richiesta, non avrebbero nemmeno alzato un dito per la riparazione. Mi spiace dirlo, ma mi aspettavo molta più professionalità da un nome storico come questa carrozzeria. In questi chiari di luna, rimboccarsi le maniche come ogni persona onesta fa, dovrebbe essere un privilegio. Per come mi hanno trattato, deduco che vivono nella ricchezza più sfrenata e che non hanno per nulla voglia ne di lavorare ne soprattutto di guadagnare. Mi chiedo come mai siano ancora aperti.... bah!
Listless staff, without a shred of professionalism and not at all inclined to hear the customer's needs. My only request was a quote and they, in order not to waste even 1 sheet of paper, invented pieces to replace with the absurd claim that, if I did not follow their request, they would not even lift a finger to repair. I'm sorry to say, but I was expecting much more professionalism from a historic name like this body shop. In these moonshines, rolling up your sleeves like any honest person does should be a privilege. The way they treated me, I deduce that they live in the most unbridled wealth and that they have no desire at all either to work or above all to earn. I wonder why they are still open .... bah!
