★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre era un cliente fisso, ANZIANO. proprio pochi mesi fa mia mamma era andata a far riparare la macchina da questo signore. Bene, dopo alcuni mesi il problema è peggiorato e ora deve risostenere gli stessi identici lavori che questo sedicente meccanico aveva detto di aver svolto a caro prezzo anche. Purtroppo mia mamma non si trova più la ricevuta, ma ora la cerchiamo per bene e appena la troviamo avviamo una denuncia che non finisce più. Che schifo.
My father was a regular customer, ELDER. just a few months ago my mom had gone to have the car repaired by this gentleman. Well, after a few months the problem has gotten worse and now he has to do the exact same jobs that this self-styled mechanic said he did at a high price too. Unfortunately my mother can no longer find the receipt, but now we look for it well and as soon as we find it we start a complaint that never ends. How disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto delusa di questa officina,mi hanno consegnata la macchina dopo un lavoro svolto con una forte vibrazione che scaricava su tutta la carrozzeria e mio marito disabile non poteva più usufruire dell'auto,ho passato tutto l'estate da un meccanico a l'altro e finire in officina autorizzata Alfa romeo,li ho scoperto l'arcano,scatola guida montata revisionata senza il mio consenso e perdeva olio (prezzo come nuovo)la vibrazione proveniente dal suporto motore montato errato,e ora scopro i ammortizzatori cinesi di scarsa qualità che sto ricambiare
Ho chiesto il rimborso via pec non ti rispondono ne meno,ora basta ,fare un lavoro due volte non è piacevole, ora scatta la denuncia

I asked for a refund via certified e-mail, they don't answer you, that's enough, doing a job twice is not pleasant, now the complaint is triggered
