difficilissimo da contattare, inoltre quando si riesce a parlare con questa signora non ha mai tempo e non puo mai parlare e si permette anche di chiudere il telefono in faccia senza neanche far finire di parlare.
 Great rude, untraceable, unprofessional.

Ha in cura i miei genitori anziani ma vispi, da un anno e mezzo, nonostante tutto, durante il periodo del primo lockdown da Covid è stata presente ed è venuta a casa a visitare i miei genitori. E' stata scrupolosa nel richiedere maggiori accertamenti quando il quadro non era chiaro e si è sempre resa disponibile per consigli e per ricette. E' sempre reperibile, sia via email che via telefono, risponde mediamente entro il giorno seguente alla email di contatto, se la problematica è urgente (e forse se non si abusa del suo utilizzo) risponde ad un numero cellulare di reperibilità entro la giornata. La cortesia con la quale risponde è rara e la sua propensione all'ascolto del paziente decisamente non comune.

The courtesy with which he responds is rare and his propensity to listen to the patient is definitely uncommon.
