È abbastanza attrezzata e i corsi (combat pump grit balance e altri) sono tenuti molto bene e ben distribuiti sia durante la giornata che durante l'intera settimana con orari comodi (fino alle 9 di sera) per chi, come me, sta fuori quasi tutto il giorno per lavoro o per studio. I preparatori come il proprietario Luca sono simpatici e molto preparati. I've been going to the gym for about a year. It is quite equipped and the courses (combat pump grit balance and others) are kept very well and well distributed both during the day and during the whole week with convenient hours (until 9 in the evening) for those who, like me, are out almost everything the day for work or study. The trainers like the owner Luca are nice and very well prepared.

E da turista com piacere consiglio questa palestra perché attrezzata pulita e personale molto cordiale. ? As an expert in the sector with almost 30 years of experience and 20 years of racing. And as a pleasure tourist I recommend this gym because it is clean and equipped with very friendly staff. ?
A	Alex Jorio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra dall'ottima posizione strategica , trovandosi al centro di Cava de' Tirreni con la possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente l'auto per chi si sposta con autoveicoli. Io personalmente mi sposto a piedi essendo a poche centinaia di metri dalla palestra. Spazi interni molto ampi , 2 grandi sale che ospitano in contemporanea attrezzature ed una grande varietà di corsi.Team Panza davvero preparato a 360° , dagli esercizi funzionali agli allenamenti con i pesi , si è sempre con la tranquillità di essere seguiti da persone competenti. Inoltre è l'unica palestra che mantiene una temperature mite anche in estate , permettendo di eseguire allenamenti performanti anche quando fuori è caldo. Prezzi ULTRA VANTAGGIOSI! Gym with an excellent strategic position, being in the center of Cava de 'Tirreni with the possibility of easily parking the car for those traveling by car. I personally move on foot being a few hundred meters from the gym. Very large interior spaces, 2 large rooms that simultaneously host equipment and a great variety of courses.
