Venerdì sera son tornata a comprare due paia di ciabatte tra cui un paio per mia figlia. Tornando a casa ho consegnato le scarpe alla bambina che dopo circa 30 minuti dall'avere indossate mi fa notare un piccolo particolare, la destra era in un punto scucita leggermente. Ho subito fatto togliere le pantofole alla bambina e le ho rimesse in busta per il cambio. Per ovvi motivi causa DPCM non ho potuto effettuare il cambio sabato mattino e ho atteso oggi pomeriggio. La commessa, ha chiamato il titolare e il tutto con mio grande stupore è avvenuto telefonicamente senza aver chiesto neppure una foto della scarpa. Son stata liquidata con un "signora la scarpa è usata non possiamo cambiarla". Detto che non ho nessun problema a fare un nuovo acquisto ma volevo segnalare la poca professionalità nell'accertare l'accaduto.
