★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco la pizzeria dei Rosa da anni e la pizza è sempre stata buona; il top è quella di via guelfa ma anche in via vittorio veneto è ben fatta.
La scortesia della ragazza che risponde al telefono la sera, però, è imbarazzante: davanti ad un ritardo, purtroppo usuale, di oltre trenta minuti se si avanza un reclamo diventa scortese e mette giù il telefono. Lavorare bene col pubblico non è per tutti, sarebbe bastato molto poco per tenersi il cliente, banalmente delle scuse.
 I have known the pizzeria dei Rosa for years and the pizza has always been good; the top is that of via guelfa but also in via vittorio veneto it is well done.
The rudeness of the girl who answers the phone in the evening, however, is embarrassing: in front of a delay, unfortunately usual, of over thirty minutes, if you make a complaint she becomes rude and puts the phone down. Working well with the public is not for everyone, it would have taken very little to keep the customer, simply an apology.

Questa pizzeria si trova praticamente sotto casa mia e, dovendoci passare sempre davanti, non ho potuto fare a meno di notare che il locale è chiuso da circa una settimana. Il problema è che non c'è alcun carrello affisso, anche perché un giorno ho intravisto un trasloco, per cui se così fosse penso che sarebbe opportuno, oltre che corretto, informare dell'eventuale trasferimento i propri clienti. Ma è evidente che non c'è tanta attenzione a questo. Peccato, perché le pizze erano buone, anche se non eccezionali. Infatti, per questo motivo, oltre che per comodità e vicinanza, le prendevo spesso. Però se manca anche il servizio al cliente vi dico addio, ovunque vi troviate.

This pizzeria is located practically under my house and, having to always pass in front of it, I could not help but notice that the place has been closed for about a week. The problem is that there is no trolley posted, also because one day I saw a move, so if this were the case I think it would be appropriate, as well as correct, to inform your customers of the possible transfer. But it is evident that there is not much attention to this. Too bad, because the pizzas were good, even if not exceptional. In fact, for this reason, as well as for convenience and proximity, I often took them. But if the customer service is missing, I say goodbye, wherever you are.
