Un ringraziamento particolare al Direttore Claudio che ha saputo da subito metterci a nostro agio, facendoci respirare un po’ di leggerezza, sempre con la giusta e dovuta serietà nello svolgere le proprie mansioni. Che dire, se non siete ancora andati in questo magnifico posto, fatelo ne vale la pena ,noi ci ritorneremo presto ! A special thanks to the Director Claudio who was able to immediately put us at ease, letting us breathe a little lightness, always with the right and due seriousness in carrying out his duties. Gigi ti coccolano facendoti sentire a casa. Il cibo ti lascerà uno di quei ricordi indelebili che ogni qual volta chiederai qualcosa di simile in un altro locale ti verrà in mente quel piatto mangiato al Panta Rei e vorrai ritornarci. Una cantina e una carta di vini che sodfisfaerebbe il somelier più esigente, posso solo aggiungere una cosa a presto non vedo l'ora di ritornare a fare quel viaggio fatto di gusto per la ricercatezza delle materie prime e per la sua ottima preparazione.
