Per la mia esperienza il sapore di questi panini rappresenta una sorta di archetipo o definizione incarnata di quello che deve essere il sapore delle autentiche panelle siciliane. Lo consiglio ai pochi che non lo conoscono
It is very exciting to be the first to review this place. It was the first panelle sandwich I ever ate and I've been providing myself there for a lifetime ever since. In my experience, the flavor of these sandwiches represents a sort of archetype or embodied definition of what must be the flavor of authentic Sicilian panelle. I recommend it to the few who do not know it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specializzato in panelle e milza. Panini sempre squisiti e milza ottima non troppo grassa. Posteggio a volontà per un panino veloce.
Specialized in panelle and spleen. Always delicious sandwiches and excellent spleen not too greasy. There is plenty of parking for a quick sandwich.
