Primi piatti, affettati, ribollita lapredotto e peposo. Quest'ultimi cucinati con passione e con una attenzione particolare alle materie prime, una cucina con quella cura e passonione che avevamo quanto la frenesia della vita non ci rubava il tempo, quando avevamo tempo di scoprire i sapori. Qui dal Miccio trovi questo ed anche piΓΉ... Se non andate ad assaggiare, non avete te capito nulla!!!!
 The lampredotto in Florence is an institution .. here we are in Castello, behind the kiosk a welcoming garden where you can sit and enjoy the variety of offers that you will have available. First courses, cold cuts, ribollita lapredotto and peposo. The latter cooked with passion and with particular attention to raw materials, a kitchen with that care and passion that we had when the frenzy of life did not steal our time, when we had time to discover the flavors.
