Risponderò su due punti alla sua precisazione
Il primo, avete riscontrato un problema nel numero civico dopo 2 ore dalla prenotazione, le chiamate possono scandire i tempi, quindi ritardo comunque piuttosto lungo, che conferma la mia idea di non prendere prenotazioni se non siete in grado di effettuarle.
Secondo, nel momento in cui riscontrate un problema nel numero civico, come mai non avete chiamato noi? Abbiamo NOI chiamato per l'ulteriore mezz'ora di ritardo. Quindi il suo chiarimento no regge bene in piedi.
Spero che da questa mia esperienza negativa possiate migliorare per i clienti futuri.
Spero anche che leggiate questa risposta.
E ad ogni modo un vero peccato. Dato che servizi come il vostro scarseggiano in un paese come Nicolosi.
Altro consiglio, più personale, evitate di rispondere a tono ai clienti, non fa buona figura per chi legge le recensioni per scegliervi o meno.
